Happy New Year

Well its been a while since I put any postings to the blog as we've been away for a little holiday, had visitors & now getting back into the swing of work. We took a roadtrip from Melbourne to Brisbane over New Year, stopping off at Canberra, & lots of coastal beauty spots enroute. By New Years Eve we'd reached Byron Bay & set-up camp in a site that even at 2pm was more like a rave field, with stereo's & parties competeing. We escaped into the town in the baking heat, had a wander, a bite to eat & a dip in the sea before heading back to get ready for the eevning. The town had a festival on that night & we went along & downed a few stubbies, as is customary. Coming back to the tent by which time it was peaceful as the ravers had hit the clubs & had a bottle of bubbly to bring in the new year!
